Following the successful sale of Milcote Foods, bakery and catering business, Adrian Roberts and his staff are back as Four Leaf Clover Catering & Events.

Last year was a very busy one for us, despite tough economic conditions, we sold our wholesale bakery. "It's quite funny but after all these years most people didn't even know we had a bakery" Adrian said, "because in the area we were much better known as caterers." That's not surprising because in the fifteen years of Milcote Foods, Adrian and his team have catered for a wide variety of parties and events.

"Behind the scenes the bakery kept growing, gaining more business with shops, pubs and restaurants, with more and more of them listing the cakes and breads we were making, and a natural time came for us to sell the bakery for someone else to develop further". After a very enjoyable few months spent in the garden, and trying to finish building his farmhouse, Adrian has got most of the old team together again and they are back to work planning a busy year.
